This was sent to me by Bismark in the Baptist Board PM. I'm not sure why he did not post it but I don't see any harm in putting forth to debate:

Yes, I got it to, and sent him a reply asking why he had sent it to me as a PM. I haven't had an answer yet.

I basically stated I have no authority but Christ to submit to.
That I will not come under the bondage of the Law when I have been freed in Christ.

As far as I see it, the only ABSOLUTE authority I am bound to acknowledge and obey is Christ my Lord, and not the modern day pharisees (as he puts it).

    Allen,

Thank you for exposing this most grievous error.

I agree. (And I still have heard nothing from Bismark to explain why he sent the stuff about "Noahide Commandments" and Jewish Rabbis to me, and to Allan, as a PM).

Incidentally, I tried a Google search for the strange term "Noahide", and it brought up a lot of anti-Christian sites. The first sentence of the first "hit" boldly and blasphemously stated, in anser to the question "Who was Jesus":

The Bible gave a warning about a dangerous, false prophet who would arise to test our faith in G-d.

Then I did a search for what to me is the more usual term, "Noahic", and that brought up mainly Christian sites.

Lastly, I am not sure if Bismark is agreeing with all this Noahide nonsense, or writing against it, but it seems the former, as he ends his OP:

Therefore, it would seem that Christians are duty-bound to acknowledge the absolute authority of the Rabbis, and obey them appropriately.

Perhaps Bismarck will now do us the courtesy of declaring his true faith?

Yeah....we used to have four of them. They were so cute! They nibbled on hay everyday, and would let you rub their heads, and....

Oh...rabbis.....I thought Bismark said "Absolute authority of rabbits."

    Nevermind.

Since it is unscriptural to call anyone "Rabbi" or to allow oneself to be called such (Matthew 23:6-8), all this is a pile of rotted corn.
