My family and I are reunited!!!!

Thank all of you on the BB that prayed for me and my family diuring these last three months. This has been the hardest time of my life, and it would have been worse if I hadnt of had the support and prayers from you.

In the past two weeks I have for the first time in my life, witnessed the working miracles of God. I was at my lowest ever two weeks ago, and then one miracle after another happened and my life is turned around completely.

I had no contact with my wife and child for over 3 months, I wasnt for sure where they were. But last week, as God was working on me, He was also working on my wife, Sherry. She says she had a very personal experience with God last Wednesday night and that He showed her His will for her. The next day, without me expecting it, she called me and asked me to come and get her. She said that God showed her that she should trust in Him, not me, to make our marriage and our lives work.

So, Monday I left and drove to Indiana and picked them up and brought them here to Maine. We are starting fresh with an new excitement that we havent had for years. And my friends and my church family here are doing everything they can to support us and make Sherry feel at home.

All of these events have snowballed since two weeks ago, but it all started with the prayers and support of the people on this board. You folks got the miracles started and now it is spreading throughout my family, including aunts, uncles, cousins and siblings.

Thank you all so much for what you have done, and most of all I want to thank God for answering your prayers and revealing Himself to me in a very huge way. I thank God for not giving up on me, and for blessing me in spite of my failure to look to Him for answers first. If I have learned anything out of this, it is that God truly can and will provide for me, and help me in any situation, no matter how hopeless it looks.

If anyone out there ever needs to hear a story about God's enormous love and His ability to heal the most desperate situation, then feel free to ask me because now I have experienced it first hand.

The amazing thing in all of this is that I was just looking for my family to return, I didnt even consider the problems that caused our split in the first place. One of the major issues was my depression, and when I get depressed my main worry is the grudges and animosity in my family. Siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins fighting and bickering. I havent seen my own son since 1988, nor my daughter since 2005, and have never seen my two grandchildren.

But, before my wife even called me, my uncles started calling me and said that the family fueds need to end, and they have been calling everyone and started a dialogue od healing between them. We anticipate a huge get together on July 4 this year, and they fully expect my two grown kids and my grandchildren to be there.

My wife was staying with her family these last three months, but only because she had to....they have grudges too. They also didnt care for me. But Sherry shared her experience last week that she had with God, and talked out some of their problems, and now they are supportive of us and our marriage. This is truly a miracle.

Anyway, God has looked past our immediate needs and has started healing the core problems that are at the heart of our difficulties. I wasnt looking past just seeing my wife and child, but God is going way beyond just that and is working on the real problems.

Add to all of this the fact that I havent been to Maine in 6 years, but my church family and my friends have welcomed me back like long lost family and have really made me feel like I belong here.

Somehow I feel that I am finally where God wants me or He wouldnt be blessing me like He is.
