It is historically foolish to imagine any nation is invincible. God can take down a nation in an instant.
If we observe the fall of the Roman Empire, we can see similar trends in the US culture. Hedonism has increased. Sexual perversion has increased. "Rome" parties while it burns...
That being said, God also kept the Roman Empire powerful for 500 years. God has a role for the US and it will be used exactly as God wills.

Knowing the outcome, that Jesus is returning as King of Kings over all nation's is know through Scripture.
We know that all kingdoms of men are in rebellion against God. All nation's will be toppled by God when he no longer is using them for his ultimate outcome.
Your idea about the US is insignificant in that God will use the US for its appointed season, just as he uses every nation in a similar fashion.
Russia is not willing to fight over Iran. You put much faith in an unproven AA system. We can knock the batteries out.
