    I can't find it anywhere. If anyone has a copy, I would be interested in purchasing it.

    Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY has a copy in their library.

    Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK has a copy in their library.

    See if your public library can borrow a copy on interlibrary loan for you. I know that is not the same as owning it, but at least you could read it and take notes.

    Yes, I did find this source. Unfortunately, it is over seas. I have emailed this individual to get more information, but have not heard back as of yet. Thanks for searching.
