I'll admit that I haven't posted much, but somebody has to read all the stuff you write.

You've got my forgiveness whether or not you want it - and my LOVE and prayers too. Bless you, Brother!

:tonofbricks:

A wise person would go post elsewhere knowing they
was strong beaten at their own game.

Being Baptist, I can't speak for anybody but myself, of course ;)

I don't know what your point here is Ed, but this guy should buy an ad on the BB, not join for the purpose of pushing his "book".

I understand. Some hardly ever know what is going on.
The clever ones keep their mouth shut and are considered wise.

I agree with what 'this guy' should do -- if He makes over
3$Million a year on his TV program. But most pastor/teachers
(AKA: bishops/overseers) eak out a living (or like Lottie Moon
are independantly wealthy but give food the poor in China
and starve to death -- why so some people dis her?)

I find no fault in him.

Isn't there something about BB policy about selling on the BB? You can't post for the purpose of getting people to buy, or advertising a site your book is for sell on, which both your links are for purchasing your book. Being that you have 6 posts in 2 years I think one can assume thats why you've posted this time.

Yep. Rule #7

7. No solicitation or advertising of any kind. Our message boards are for discussions, not to sell goods or services. If you would like to advertise, please contact us for an advertising package.

With him you condemn my:

1. Sister who self published her faith based struggle
over coming Lymphoma.

2. My Sister-in-law who self published her story
of the adoption of
eight orphans & teaching all 8 of them and her own 3
in Home schooling. Did I mention the orphans were
all from the East half of Asia?

3. My Daughter is self-published.
- her book she and her Mexican third graders wrote
- a book for children

4. My Niece (of the above SIL) has written
fantasy for teens (she is still one of them)

Yep, $100 printers driven by $500 computers have ruined
the book printing business (but not the book selling
business, yet - watch out though for E-bay versus Amazon).

Anybody want to talk about Pentacostals converting
to Baptists?

Require an exorcism?

If you don't pay your exorcist -- you will be repossessed ;)

Can we have a conversation here?

The proper procedure for reporting rules violations
is to report privately to the PTB (powers that be) using
the caution sign at the upper right corner of each post,
the one with the explanation mark on it (!)
Be careful to save what you write so you can remember it.
The software of the problem reporting system doesn't
realize you might want to complain again using the same
rule, henze the same words.

Come to think of it, I remind all of the
Prime Directive of bulletin boards (bbs):

READ BEFORE YOU WRITE.
Read the statement you agreed with to join
the Baptist Board (BB), read the rules.
Abide by both.
