Black, fast, sleek. Sophisticated. [IMG]

Only problem was I couldn't figure out how to load my Favorite Places from old Explorer to the New Explorer.

So I shall suffer & browse trying to find them all again. (The mouse even lights up!)

Oh, well. Maybe someday I'll figure all this stuff out. [IMG] NOT! [IMG]

Please, now, don't burst my bubble telling me how your DELL crashed, melted, wiped out it's own memory, or any horror stories. My heart couldn't take it. [IMG]

I've had my Dell for a while now. Their tech. support impressed me so much I'd buy my next computer from them in a wink.

My computer crashed; at startup all I saw was a black screen and a blinking cursor.
I called them, they picked up in two rings and stayed on the line for the next 45 minutes.
When I needed to re-install (a process taking 20+minutes) they said they would call back in thirty...and they did.

    WOW! Go Dell! [IMG]

Eagle, I think you can do it by going to FILE then IMPORT AND EXPORT; you can then choose were to export the favorites. Then you can put it on a floppy or CD-ROM and import onto your new computer.

In Internet Explorer you can always just copy your whole favorites folder. In Win2k/XP the favorites folder is in "C:\Documents and Settings\Your username". If the old computer had Win95/98/ME the folder should be in either "C:\windows" or "C:\program files". You can zip the favorites folder or just the contents and either put it on a floppy disk or email it to yourself (or if you network the computers you can tranfer it over the network). The import and export wizard must be easier but I've never used it. You should be fine either way.
