Supposedly she was handling the drug dealers money, and was dating both of them. I had read the guy in the apartment shot at the police through the door. Grand jury indicted just one cop for wanton endangerment, but I also read this will be hard to prove. U Haul trucks have been pulling up in city areas, so maybe they are getting ready to loot, riot, pillage and burn down parts of the city.

Wow. Late night comedians compare worrying about arson to putting drywall above black lives.

Late-Night Hosts Erupt over Breonna Taylor Decision: ‘If Only the Criminal Justice System Valued Black People as Much as Drywall’

So no big deal that livelihoods are burning to the ground. We just need to make sure that police never shoot back when they're shot at.

The media is largely ignoring the changes of this case that were revealed. Tucker had a good segment on the lie that BLM pushed before the AG clarified what actually happened.

This situation is terrible. I am surprised that no one was held somewhat accountable for the killing of a bystander by police shooting at a guy that shot at them. Something is wrong if you fire and hit the bystander six times and miss the suspected perpetrator.

The cops are fully justified to fire back, of course. Other than that, if they identified as police while those inside were sleeping or just awake that goes to how bad it is to do this kind of warrant in the middle of the night. The two cops did the right thing, but their marksmanship seems off.

I am surprised the officer firing blindly through a closed and draped window got only three charges of reckless endangerment when he fired more bullets than that.

The big thing will be the investigation into how this fiasco happened. As it were "Heads will roll." If I gave intel this shoddy to soldiers I should be relieved and retrained at least. Since someone died due to bad intel, I might lose my career or worse.

Hopefully the FBI, I believe it's them, will figure out ways to prevent another homicide like this.

This was corroborated by an independent witness.

THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING: Kentucky AG Says Police Did Knock and Identify Themselves Before Breonna Taylor’s Boyfriend Started Firing at Them

My question is, how is this only becoming public now?

Rioting has started.

‘burn it down!’

Black AG being attacked.

…MSNBC GUEST SMEARS: HE’S SKIN FOLK NOT KINFOLK

Totally unjust accusations against these cops. Bring in the National Guard. Americans, black and non-black, see how unjust this is.
I served over 600 warrants. In high risk cases No Knock warrants are safer for EVERYONE involved than knock and announce.
Had they executed this as a no knock, every one involved would still be alive and well. My team could make entry and have a typical house secure in under 30 seconds. Usually about 15 seconds.

It's certainly possible. Perhaps the knock gave the shooter time to get locked and loaded. Bottom line, if police are shot at, I support their right to shoot back. If bullets come through the wall, that wall gets shot at.

The shooter claims he didn't hear the knock which means he grabbed his gun upon them entering. Maybe this is true, maybe it isn't.

We are still not getting the real story. Just in the last day the media is ‘reporting’ that first she was in the hall, then she was asleep, she was not in the room, she was in the room........after witnessing all the gyrations by the media to put this the way they want it to play, like they have done in every one of these cases.......I’m thinking she was in the room, & her loser boyfriend tried to use her like a shield while he fired at them thinking they wouldn’t fire at her. Makes the most sense as to why she took 6 rounds but only one was a fatal shot.

Just heard some others making this case on the radio. Maybe that's the mistake. They knocked. And in a twist of irony, the no-knock may get banned, now.

Why is no one mad at the guy opening fire on the police?

I guess my view was skewed more than a week ago by information contrary to what the MSM has put out. The latter have near zero credibility to well below. I'm jaded toward these thug poster kids and those who post them. The wolves have cried wolf too much. They are the problem.

That is where we disagree. I watch the news and trust their interpretation from their naturalist perspective. I don't think the media are feeding us disinformation on purpose, instead they have bias and pick sides. Facts are facts though. I trust the media to find those facts. The trick is liberalism so called is a form of naturalism, that there is no supernatural or Almighty God. I filter that bias whenever I read non Christian news.

I can understand it. I have committed no crimes at my house. No one has committed any crimes at my house. If my door starts getting banged on in the night by someone shouting "police, search warrant" I am 100% sure its not the police. I am sure because I am confident they have no reason to be here. If you knock down my door at night, I dont care who you say you are, you are a home invasion robber who is about to get sent to your maker.

Well, perhaps we don't disagree that much after all. I also trust them to twist the facts to suit their humanistic, Marxist, atheistic perspective. It is precisely what progressive leftism is all about. But they are also bound to neglect facts that don't fit their narrative.

With Breonna being listed on the no-knock warrant, being a disgracefully fired EMT, and being so closely connected with the activities of her criminal boyfriend, I cannot consider her merely an innocent bystander. That she died in the incident is unfortunate, but somewhat predictable for that sort of lifestyle. If she were alive, she would still deserve her day in court.

It's a little more sophisticated than that. They'll report facts that support their narrative, and always leave out facts that go against it. You'll only get half the story, the one they want you to hear about. You have to go to conservative media for the rest of the story.

There is no proof at the moment but it seems as if the "boyfriend" used her as a shield and took a shot at the police. The real problem just might be the proverbial lack of honor among thieves.
