New Poll: If Hillary Faced Trump Again Today, She Would Still Lose

"...There are no signs of major slippage in support among those who voted for Trump. His approval rating among those who cast ballots for him stands at 94 percent. Among Republicans, it is 84 percent. Asked of those who voted for him whether they regret doing so, 2 percent say they do, while 96 percent say supporting Trump was the right thing to do. When asked if they would vote for him again, 96 percent say they would, which is higher than the 85 percent of Hillary Clinton voters who say they would support her again....

...The new survey finds 46 percent saying they voted for Clinton and 43 percent for Trump, similar to her two-point national vote margin. Asked how they would vote if the election were held today, 43 say they would support Trump and 40 percent say Clinton...."

Hillary is still Hillary. The reasons she lost haven't changed and neither has she.

Would the second election also include Russian tampering with the result? trump claims he won in polular votes. Do you accept that? he also claims he won by a "landslide" in the Electoral College. Is that true?

Forget Hillary, how about facing Cruz, Kasic or Walker?

Fat lady ain't sung yet. Its too early to judge his performance. If this economy turns around, jobs keep coming back, and the American dream becomes real again he'll be two term easily. I'm cautiously optimistic.

I'm hoping to see the day when that debt clock starts going the other way.

I don't accept that the Russians had any affect on the results of the election.

If they did it was no more than any other election since WWII.

The DNC had to find a way to turn the humiliation of the Trump election back around on the Trump machine.

A classical Alinsky tactic.

I don't think there has ever been any proof it was the Russians that cracked DNC email servers. Regardless of who did, who read the WikiLeaks other than some political wonks?

What president Trump actually said was, "I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally."

That's a stretch, but it's possible.

We'll never know. Places like California will never do a comprehensive recount to find out.

What we do know is illegals vote. Probably in large numbers, especially in California.

The DNC Hacking Scandal Happened Because of a Typo

"....we want to focus on one specific detail that was absolutely shocking.

The bombshell came from Charles Delavan, a Clinton campaign aide. When John Podesta, the Chairman of the Clinton campaign, received a phishing email, it was forwarded to Mr. Delavan for verification.

The phishing email claimed to come from Google, alerting Podesta of failed log-in attempts to his account originating from the Ukraine. It asked him to click a link and update his password immediately.

Delavan wrote back, “this is a legitimate email.” But, per Delavan, it was a typo—he meant to write illegitimate. The typo went unnoticed, and Podesta’s password was “changed” via the phishing site, giving the hackers full access to over a decade’s worth of communication—60,000 emails...."

This article is a good read. it states that:

"...The mismanagement started in late 2015 when the FBI notified the DNC about potential phishing and hacking attacks.

At the time, a full investigation may have caught early intrusions into its network. But the DNC’s Director of IT admitted that the organization “didn’t look too hard” into the activity on its network.[1] Ironically, the DNC was concerned that the agent was not really with the FBI. It wasn’t until March 2016 – seven months later – that any DNC employees met with an agent in-person, even though their offices were less than a mile apart. But at that point it was too late...."

So who's to blame the most for the breach? The Ukrainians or incompetent slackers at the DNC?

Maybe it was a very high level political official who had a private server which contained tons of unencrypted classified data in his/her bathroom.

Good grief, that is hilarious.

And I still don't buy "originating from the Ukraine" or anywhere else until they have a suspect in hand. Too many ways to fake the funk.

LOL Looks like democrats really want an "investigation" to cover up their embarrassment and incompetence.

Why not let the correct process investigate this? I really don't care about your biased view.

You don't count. A real investigation will hopefully bring out the truth.

The truth is the Dems have gone off the deep end grasping at anything to make Trump's presidency appear illegimate. The truth is it's gonna backfire on them in a large way.

I think it's Fox News that's coined all these stupid staged demonstrations against Trump as 'the left setting their hair on fire'.

2018 midterms will tell the tale.
