Mail - in ballots are folded into envelopes and mailed to people
When run thru the counting machines, the fold prevents counting of votes for republican candidate, because the fold crosses over the mark people make when voting republican, the machine may or may not count that vote made by the voter.
Several test scans revealed that folds through bubbles on ballots are being counted as votes or blank votes (over votes).
In one scan of 75 folded marked test ballots only 28% of State republican race votes got counted.
4 New England states used these machines.
Again, republican votes are undercounted, perhaps by design, as in placing the republican candidate where the fold will be made in the paper...
It is stuff like this that is either
unintended design error or deliberate disenfranchisement to prevent republican candidates from winning.
Maybe even demonic sway over the minds of people causes these kinds of destructive things.
