    1) No Labels is not a political party. It's aim is to do the preparatory work in gaining ballot access in case, after the Super Tuesday primary in March 2024, they decide to run a yet to be determined independent unity ticket, of probably a Republican and a Democrat, if the two major parties insist on doing a 2020 rerun of Biden/Trump and there are still around two-thirds of potential voters who don't want either one of those fellas to be the nominees of the two major parties and who think it would be a disaster for the country if either one wins in 2024.

    2) There is a platform but, obviously, it would be up to the potential presidential ticket to put meat on the bones, if such a ticket comes to fruition. Here is the platform in waiting: 9f0726_a8092681d4cc40ae8623b98b83d3853d.pdf (commonsensemajority.org)

    Ken,
As far in Ballot access - of course each State or Commonwealth have there own rules.
When I was in WV - the stated you had to have at least 1% of the votes in the Governers election. Here in NY, the threshold was 50,000 votes in the Governors election. (last election there were a total 5.7 million votes. Just recently - that threshold was increased to 130,000 votes or 2% of the total votes - whichever is greater)

And thank you for that link - and I agree - that "platform" needs a lot of meat..
Now, I do agree with most of what is stated - BUT the question is how to get to those results.

    For example:
    1) Washington must stop spending so much more than it takes in. From now on, the annual budget should be reasonable and responsible, which means our national debt needs to stop growing faster than our economy.
But what do we cut to stop spending too much money? Welfare, cut govt workers, stop building new roads...

2)Public safety is the highest priority
Do we install cameras on every corner, More police, restrict certain rights

    3) , most effective, and most powerful military in the world
Do we go back to the days of lower enlisted not allowed to have
families - Do we go back to the days of 6 day work weeks.

    4) Political parties, social media companies, and government institutions
should not be able to censor information they don’t like

Is that in line with the First Amendment?

    5) freedom from discrimination
Some discrimination is good - even handicap parking is discrimination!

    Its all in the interpretation!

Another change is that Ballot access is checked every 2 years - Groverner and President elections.
NY has continues its Fusion ballot laws..

Three other parties nominated their own candidates for president, and they each fell well short of the new requirements. Howie Hawkins received 23,258 votes on the Green Party line, Jo Jorgensen got 47,745 votes on the Libertarian Party line and Brock Pierce garnered only 17,639 votes on the Independence Party line (not to be confused with independents who are unaffiliated with any party). The final official third party in the state, the Serve America Movement, did not nominate a candidate for president. It, along with the Libertarian Party, qualified for automatic ballot access for the first time in 2018.

No Labels has already qualified for the ballot here in Arkansas.
