Thank you! Lifesite News, an independent Catholic website has been posting on this and I posted on it here only to find that others had posted a long time ago. It seems that Norway has a racket that if you have a foster child the government pays you $40,000 a year so people are lying and the welfare departments are lying to kidnap children to give to their friends. Norway must be a sick place. The US State Department (well, that's the name of a department that we have never really had for the last 100 years) should insist that all American citizens be repatriated at once. You can see how depraved the Europeans are.
