O Timothy's purpose, chiefly, is to encourage preachers to stand for
the truth and to resist error. The magazine is in its 18th year of
publication. It is a two-color magazine format, 28 or more pages per
issue. The title, taken from 1 Timothy 6:20, describes the burden of
the magazine, which is urging men in these last days to keep the
faith once delivered to the saints and to avoid the error which is on
every hand. One of the chief goals is to help protect churches from
end-time apostasy through doctrinal preaching and carefully
    documented research.

O Timothy is edited by David Cloud, Independent Baptist preacher for
27 years; missionary to Nepal for ten years; Director of Way of Life
    Literature for 28 years.

O Timothy contains well-researched reports on worldwide ecumenism,
apostasy, and current events affecting the Christian.

However, you get the good with the bad. I'm on David Cloud's mailing list (Way of Life). Although there's some good information, he's not too nice to those who disagree with him on nonessentials. A friend of mine (who posts on this board), has corresponded with him concerning CCM, and when one doesn't agree with Bro Cloud about CCM, or the KJV, well, he sends the message that you're a compromiser.I am not saying that a person shouldn't subscribe to "O Timothy", but if they do so, be forewarned!
