Obama Approval Rating

That is a big improvement over previous polls... That number is really rising from the 11% when Bush was in office.
I agree LE, those polls have so many variables it is hard to know what the numbers mean. How they word the question, what did they ask, how diverse was the sample etc...

Approval ratings don't mean a thing to me. They have never stopped a president from doing what they set out to do. Bill Clinton was probably the biggest criminals in the White House & he had good approval ratings. G.W. Bush who I also didn't care for either, had lousy approval ratings & it didn't keep him from doing what he wanted. If I were in the White House, my approval ratings would not dictate where I stood on issues or what steps I take to get the job done.
My question is, why do we even have an approval rating system in the first place? It does no good.

I give President Obama a passing grade for his first 100 days, I think people like the newness and contrast from the old, he is definitely a hard worker and people respect that. and Hillary has really worked hard as well she is dynamic and going all over the world, I think she lit a fire under the Pakastani's to start fighting the Taliban or else.
His likability is undeniable, I just want God to protect him and his family during this time of 2 conflicts and high recession.
