Believe me, NO mere "candidate" is getting presidential briefings right now. That won't happen until AFTER the election, to the winning team.
I have never heard that Obama passed any background checks or top security clearance, either. I'd like some links if you can prove he has. Especially since it has all come to light how he sat under Jeremiah Wright for 20 years who spewed hatred for America and how Obama launched his career in a domestic terrorists living room. Please. The hyperbole is getting way, way over the top around here.

IF Obama is proven to not be a natural born citizen I will admit that I was wrong and ask forgiveness for my vehemence on the issue.
But my humble pie crust is starting to get stale.
I didn't read every section of the WND webloid but it did not look any states were involved, only residents in several states.
Any one can file a law suit for any reason - no evidence there.
I don't understand this whole concept of "I am going to make an accusation against someone. Now if they won't prove me wrong there are guilty.'

At this point, I'm hoping that he is natural born and that it will be proved beyond a doubt. If he is not, it would be a travesty of justice for the courts not to have acted on this.... and also others who are involved in either proving or discovering the truth, who stood in the way of discovery.
If he is not qualified by birth, and it is proven, then Biden will step up to the plate and nominate his own Veep: I also think that there would be a lot of civil unrest, even violence over ousting Obama: And if the question of his birth is not resolved before he takes the oath, but it is later discovered that his presidency was invalid, then so would every law which he ever signed and/or vetoed be in question as to its legitimacy. This might not be all bad..... but I don't see any good to come of it either.
As it is, this unresolved question places the wisdom of our founders in jeapardy: They placed natural born in the constitution as their means of insuring that a President would not be elected with a divided loyalty to another country in which he was born. There may be some who disagree........ but I think some things in our constitution should stand and are wise.... and to ammend this requirement would serve no good purpose.....not even to legitimize an elected president who failed to qualify.
I didn't vote for him, and hoped our country would make a better choice, but I do think that a McCain victory carried no guarantees either for my pro-life position nor my conservative and pro-Israel position. McCain would have carried the only party which conservatives had in the national election, towards increased liberal and socializism bent. As it is, many who turned to the Republican Party in the late 70's and 80's, because of opportunism, have left the camp for the liberal and socialism of the DNC. It was time they showed their colors (and I'm not talking about race) and that the party was purged of the neo-cons, the liberals, and the socialist, and got back on track, to give the people a real choice, hopefully in the future. IMO no one who promotes a NWO is pro-American enough nor conservative enough for my vote!
I will pray for Obama as my president in agreement with Rev Mitchell's signature line..... and trust God and trust no man and no government beyond that which is human.

I contacted my Congressional delegation last spring asking if BO had been vetted by the FBI. I got a call from one of the offices assuring me he had been. wish I had asked more questions but I guess I could not believe this country could elect an ex street hustler [I think they used to be called ward healers.] as president.
