OBAMA ANNOUNCES LETTERMAN APPEARANCE ON DAY HE SNUBBED NETANYAHU

President Barack Obama will be visiting one of his biggest fans soon - late night talker David Letterman.

The president will chat with the "Late Show" host during a trip to New York City next week, according to the National Journal. Letterman's nightly monologues mostly spare the president from satirical ribbing, saving his most cutting remarks for the Romneys ... or even former President George W. Bush.
The news comes on the same day Obama told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu he couldn't meet with him due to a scheduling conflict.
The interview will be the second Obama has had with Letterman since the comic made a crude, demeaning joke about former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's daughter.

Letterman later apologized.

You've managed to make time in your schedule to appear on Letterman this month, but you can't make time to meet with Netanyahu about one of the greatest threats to mankind? He absolutely disgusts me.

Israel will move quickly and he might as well keep his mouth shut after the fact.

The question is, where will Obama stand if/when Israel strikes? Will there be a formal statement denouncing or supporting Israel? Will there be some support of Israel, in the form of drones or military? Or will Obama go so far as to link America with a UN-led anti-Israel movement in the form of sanctions or something similar (since none of the arab nations are actually foolish enough to challenge Israel's nuclear capability)?

I think O knows EXACTLY what he is doing, and he's doing it on purpose. Israel is our ally. By NOT meeting with the prime minister, O is showing his true colors. He is no friend to Israel. Really, really stupid move on his part, especially right before elections.

Agreed up until your last remark -- The astonishing part is that the Jewish vote will probably STILL be for the O.

Spoke with a friend of mine in Florida last night who has several Jewish friends there - they are still for obama.

Obama sickens me, as well, nearly everything he does, nearly every word he speaks. Yet the masses are enthralled with him as their "messiah." If he is not the AC, he certainly is in the running, IMO.
