Was this flood of illegal children really a surprise that caught Obama off guard, again?

It sure looks as though his administration was well aware of the problem at least 6 months ago!

This entire, "Humanitarian Crisis" look to be a well planned out attempt to make to help the lowliest of South America's parents, dreams to make US citizens of their kids, come true! Way to go Obama .... you are truly a well thought out Community Organizer.

:tear: While Obama ruins America, Americans sit on their hands and watch from afar! :tear:

And what should Americans do other than exercise their franchise in November?

The Department of Homeland Security is now openly admitting they’re using taxpayer funds to ship illegal immigrants anywhere in the country they want to go, confirming Infowars reports that federal agencies are standing down from enforcing border security and instead escorting scores of Central American immigrants deeper inside the US.

The AP reports the Obama administration knows it is letting illegals go free, but is refusing to disclose any actual figures:

The Obama administration has released into the U.S. an untold number of immigrant families caught traveling illegally from Central America in recent months — and although the government knows how many it’s released, it won’t say publicly.

The AP goes on to note immigrants, hailing primarily from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, who survived the perilous journey to the U.S. “cannot be immediately repatriated, so the government has been releasing them into the U.S. interior and telling them to report within 15 days to the nearest U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement offices.”

The admission underscores Infowars’ reportage over the past week detailing how federal border agencies have been issued a top-down order to stand down, effectively surrendering control of the U.S. southern border to the overwhelming flood of illegal immigrants. The AP estimates “The figure is widely believed to exceed 40,000 since October. It’s believed to be slightly below the roughly 52,000 children caught traveling illegally from Central America over the same period..”

Last week, Infowars exclusively reported US church groups were aiding the surge of illegal immigrants by providing them temporary shelter, clothing, food and in some cases legal advice.

Shortly thereafter, McAllen Emergency Management Coordinator Kevin Pagan confirmed to Infowars the US Border Patrol was indeed dropping illegal immigrants off at a bus station in McAllen, Texas, complete with vouchers and bus tickets to travel “somewhere in the interior [of the U.S.]” in anticipation of set immigration court hearings.

    Excercise their franchise .....

Tell me C4K .... do you really think this will change America? Highly doubt that one elction can right the ruin already done! Besides, the corruption goes further than Obama, it is the responsibility of every elected official to protect this nation, and all they can do is sling mud at one another!

No, this country is looking more hopeless with each illegal immigrant; each untreated veteran; with each lie and the words, "Well get back with you!" Voting is worthless, as those who Obama and the DNC have won favor with are the ones holding the future of this country in their hands and within the exercizing of their selfish desire to get as much free from America as they can get, which is their reason for exercising their franchise.

If I were you, I'd stay in Ireland. It can't be much worse than what is about to happen in the states! :BangHead:

I would suggest that it may very well be time for us to revisit the words mostly written by Thomas Jefferson 238 years ago.
Note that the right to govern is given into the hands, by God, to those who are to be governed. When the government ceases to do the will of the governed ...
We are not to take this responsibility lightly ...
Have we reached the point that the evils foisted upon us by our government are no longer sufferable? Overall, no. You may be surprised to see me admit that. However, are we that far from the point of insufferability experienced by our founders at the hands of England? Let's examine that.
    • Taxation without representation: The battle cry of the Revolution, among others, it is often misinterpreted as the colonists wishing for representation in Parliament. This is not the case, as such representation would have been unworkable from the sheer distances involved. However, the Colonists, who always considered themselves the King's good and loyal servants wanted nothing more than that which every other English citizen had: the right to elect those who taxed them, in this case, the colonial legislatures. In fact, after the battles of Lexington and Concord, the Continental Congress forwarded an Olive Branch Petition to George III stating their desire to remain within the Empire as long as they were granted these rights. George, however, felt they had gone too far and declared them in rebellion.
    • Economic impact of Seven Years' War: An ongoing conflict between England and her allies vs. France and her allies had resulted in four direct conflicts in the previous 100 years beginning in 1689. The French and Indian War on colonial soil was an extension of the continuing hostilities. When a shaky peace of sorts was finally achieved, England found itself in heavy debt, and immediately sought to recoup revenues. The resulting Sugar Act, which refocused the intent of the soon-to-expire Sugar and Molasses Act from trade regulation to direct revenue enhancement. The Currency Act greatly interfered with business and trade because it forbade colonies from granting currency status to bills of credit, which were necessary due to the shortage of gold and silver in the colonies. Finally, the Stamp Act, required all legal documents including commercial contracts, newspapers, wills, marriage licenses, diplomas, pamphlets, and playing cards in the American colonies to carry a tax stamp. The Stamp Act was the first direct tax used by the British government to collect revenues from the colonies. Though there were scattered objections in Parliament to using a stamp tax to collect revenue from the colonies,PM George Grenville could not understand how anyone in the colonies could protest a tax which the people in Britain had been paying for over fifty years.
    • The Colonies Protest: The North American colonies, being the sole targets of these taxes, reacted badly to them. The result was more taxes. England Head of Treasury Charles Townshend proposed three measures that became known as the Townshend Acts consisting of the Revenue Act of 1767, the Suspension of the New York Assembly Act, and the Board of Customs Act. The Revenue Act raised revenue from the colonies by putting new import duties on lead, glass, paints, and tea. The New York Assembly Act suspended the New York Assembly until it agreed to obey the Quartering Act. The American Board of Customs Act established a Board of Customs Commission in Boston to enforce the duties imposed by the Revenue Act and created new Vice Admiralty courts in Boston, Philadelphia, and Charleston. Townshend did not believe the colonists would reject the import duties as they had rejected the Stamp Act since the new duties were considered external taxes.
Obviously, Townshend was wrong. After several political actions and reactions between England and her colonies, "violence" of a sort broke out, including the famous Boston Tea Party, and eventually, these words:
So, C4K, the question stands: Are we far removed from that point of insufferability?
    • We have the agency responsible for serving our brave veterans who have fought and given portions of their lives and their bodies for the defense of this nation being killed by neglect and cavalier treatment from that very agency, which is also covering it up and paying bonuses to administrators who have lied about their "efficiency" so they get a reward for incompetence.
    • We have our main electronic spy agencies using a legal format passed by the previous administration to spy on enemies of the state turning it's eyes inward, on its own people.
    • We have our own agency for taxation using its questionable powers to delay, hinder and outright kill organizations opposing the current administration, and once falling under scrutiny of Congress, stalling, lying about it, destroying evidence that may prove it, and stonewalling a legal congressional inquiry with ridiculous claims and excuses on the level of "the dog ate my homework."
    • We have four dead Americans in a foreign country who were lawfully executing their duties as representatives of the United States government, the result of a vicious attack by terrorists and sworn enemies of our country, covered up, investigations delayed, stalled, negated and denied by an administration desperate to retain power far and above the need for justice, which now, two years later, has still not been done.
    • We have an administration which attempted to silence its media critics by threatening reporters from the Associated Press and Fox News with treason.
    • We have the ludicrously conceived and ill-executed "Fast & Furious" ATF scheme that's sole "achievement" is the death of a U.S. border patrol officer.
    • We have an attorney general who has obviously perjured himself not one, but twice, first telling Congress he had never been associated with “potential prosecution” of a journalist for perjury when in fact he signed the affidavit that termed Fox News' James Rosen a potential criminal, then telling Congress in May 2011 that he had just recently heard about the Fast and Furious gun walking scheme when there is evidence he may have known much earlier.
    • We have HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate, the money intended be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for ObamaCare -- a completely illegal and unconstitutional act.
    • We have over a dozen others, including "the GSA Gone Wild," in 2010, Solyndra, GM, "Lisa Jackson AKA Richard Windsor" emails, the failure to prosecute the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation, Obama's illegal legislation passed with his "pen and phone," the hacking of Sheryl Attkinson's computer, the Beau Bergdahl debacle in which a deserter was traded for the entire top echelon of the former Taliban government and military, the firing of eight cabinet level IGs because they did their job, the firing of over 200 high-level combat-experienced command staff in the U.S. military for no apparent reason whatsoever, all on trumped up and likely faked allegations.
I'm sure there are others. We have one chance in November to right the ship of state. If Obama and the Democrats steal another election, as they have done twice before, then we will have, in my opinion, reached the point of insufferability Jefferson alluded to before enumerating King George and the British Parliament's injustices. It will be time for the "Right of the People" to be exercised, one way or another.

Sadly, this kind of action would cost the lives of millions, divide the country irreparably, bring in foreign powers to ally with the divided factions, and destroy the former United States a world power as it is balkanised into a number of petty nations who will be at war with each other for decades.

Not sure it is worth that.

But, I appreciate your appreciation of the gravity of taking that action.

Is it "worth it" to submit to a totalitarian regime? You may refuse to see it, I don't. That is precisely where this is headed. More, bigger, overreaching, restrictive government is the unavoidable result of the current trend.

Doesn't seem like much of heritage to take from our founders.

The USA has not been what was envisioned by the founders for at least 150 years, maybe more. Their heritage is long lost.

    That's what you're doing too.

On one hand you got the ones who you say Obama and the DNC have won favor. On the other you got the angry ones who say they are Christians but act nothing like Christ with whom the GOP has won favor.

Looks again like we've got folks in the church wanting government to change things at the same time wanting government to stop intruding so much in our lives.

Maybe if the Body of Christ started acting like the Body of Christ, we would again, see such an increase in the number of folks coming to faith in Christ and loving Jesus that the government would start reflecting the way of Christ instead of the way of a party's politics.

And the folks on here who say it may be that way in your church but not in mine need to stop because seeing the behavior of the many on this board alone shows it IS in your church too, but like normalized heterosexual sin in the media, it's tacitly and straightforwardly accepted.

I'd say that's a gross overstatement. Through FDR, we had the solid foundation of our heritage. With that socialist's death, Harry restored confidence in and the reality of our heritage and our government, being the only president since Pierce to balance a budget more than once in a row. The essentials of freedom, personal liberties, and personal responsibility have only died in the last generation.
So that's your excuse? "Oh, we aren't the ideal anymore, so let's just live with it"?

You've been living in a complacent environment far too long.

I am certainly totally against a nation destroying revolution/civil war. If that is complacency so be it.

There is no way that has a positive outcome no matter how it plays out.

I still have confidence in the constitution and its ability to endure even the worst situation. Once that is gone all bets are off. Each surviving petty state will make laws to suit themselves and the concept 'liberty and justice for all ' will be no longer.

Over and over again Americans have reversed the worst though legal and constitutional means. This time is no different.

In 1776, they called people who held to such belief "Tories." Research the term.
Nor is there a "positive outcome" for maintaining the status quo.
We have a president who totally ignores the Constitution. That's why the House is getting ready to sue him for abuse of executive power.
Leaving this man and his party in power has the same result.
Was that the outcome for the colonies? A cause undertaken for liberty's sake rarely has a bad outcome. I think you give far too little credit to the desire for a return to the true American spirit.
Not true at all. We have gradually assimilated the fallacies and heresies of the opposition through "compromise" and "expediency." Now, we are them.

You have made no comment whatsoever regarding the similarities of the situations in 1776 and today. Is there a purpose to doing so, or is it far too uncomfortable for you to examine?

Major difference in 1776 and 2014? Americans today have the right to vote and are represented in Congress. There was no franchise to exercise then.

We had to fight to achieve that representation for ourselves. Our contention was not that we deserved representation before Parliament, but that we had representation through our elected colonial governments, which answered to Parliament, and that as such, Parliament had no right to add to our taxation.

We have no say in our own governance now, either, as our elected officials claim to represent our interests when seeking office, but end up being ineffectual and in some cases corrupt in their administration of their duties. We either return the power to ourselves in this next election cycle, or we face two possibilities: Forfeiture of our rights, or taking them back by whatever means necessary. Those are the exact same possibilities faced by colonial America in 1776, and those who fail to see the direness of our straits today do not understand the situation.

Americans are no longer represented in congress.

That should have been obvious when Goldman Sachs/Monsanto agents were nominated for the presidency by both parties.

The "to big to fail banks" have representation in congress. Monopoly men have representation in congress. The military industrial complex has representation in congress. The insurance companies have representation in congress. Transnational corporations have representation in congress.

The American people do not. The American people are just cash cows for those who do have representation in congress.

I only pray that no one is foolish enough to actually carry through with the revolution/civil war. It will result in millions of dead Americans and a splintered collection of states each of which defends its own and despises everyone else. None of those nations will be anywhere near a world power.

Maybe this is why we don't see the US mentioned on prophecy.

As we all predicted the MSM has followed the pattern they have always followed, which is to equate the actions of one or two psychotics with the beliefs and principles of the liberty movement in general.

I remember when Jared Loughner fired into a crowd of people near Tucson, Ariz., killing numerous Federal and State employees; the immediate response by the media was to attempt to tie him to the liberty movement. In the end, he turned out to be a raving leftist. I remember the Boston Marathon bombing and the automatic reflex by the media to accuse “right-wing extremists” of the crime. So far, we have seen NO hard evidence to implicate anyone specific in that atrocity, including the Tsarnaev brothers. Of all the violent crimes dumped in the lap of the liberty movement over the years, how many have actually been committed or endorsed by the liberty movement? I can’t think of any.

This has not prevented the establishment media from doing everything in their power to associate criminal action with political ideals. Efforts to sully the success of the Bundy Ranch stand-off were swift, with Jared and Amanda Miller’s visit to Bunkerville splashed across the headlines. Luckily, the sound judgement of organizations like Oath Keepers led founder Stewart Rhodes to personally ask the two future shooters to leave the property. I can only imagine the weight of the slander if they had been allowed to stay.

When an activist movement holds the moral high ground against a repressive establishment power structure, the establishment’s primary recourse is to target the character of its principles. The secondary recourse is direct confrontation. If a dissenting organization is not mindlessly vicious in its methods, then simply make it APPEAR vicious. If it is not hateful in its rhetoric, then artificially tie it to people who are. And if a government really needs to kick-start a crackdown, it can engineer its own man-made calamities and blame the groups that most threaten its authority.
