I have such a soft pillow - that it puts me to sleep quickly. In fact, I had a wonderfuld dream about eating marshmellows - and when I woke up - a piece of my pillow was missing.....

I have one of those scooped-down-the-middle memory foam pillows. Best money I ever spent.

    My Friend the Pillow

There's few better friends than a pillow.
It warms up to me so quick when I've been away.
When I'm tired it gives me rest.
It's not worried when I'm away
Or jealous when I want another.
When I'm angry it takes a punch.
It doesn't mind when I scream in it.
Or bunch it up and wrestle with it in dark hours.
When I'm sad it accepts my tears
And covers me when I want to be alone.
It's soft when I want softness and firm when I need support.
    My pillow, what a friend.

I spent a bunch on a memory foam pillow once, but reacted to it in a bad way. The dog got to have it!

I did buy hubby a nice pillow. So nice that I'm really jealous of it! On occasion, I "accidentally" fall asleep on it before he gets to bed. :love2:

Have you seen the ads for the "chillow?" LOL Sounds funny, but I sure wouldn't mind trying something of that nature, although half the time I end up balling up part of my blanket and using that for a pillow, or at least covering my pillow and using a combo of the blanket and pillow. Mostly because I really love that blanket!

I do like real feather pillows, but sometimes you wake up with a feather stem poking you, and I get nervous seeing all them little feathers around, I wonder how many I've inhaled....LOL.

Huh, remember sleeping with a feather duvet.....an antique of a thing, it was hidjous....lots of pointy bits, it was freezing in that cabin, I was so cold I went to bed with my ugg boots on.

The cat then delivered her litter of kittys on it so she got to keep the duvet.....I think I must have left shortly after, I do not recall.
