Squire Robertsson, Writes: Sorry, I didn't "see" this thread until now. But Baptist Board is not the place to attack Sola Scriptura. So, this thread is closed.

Curiosity makes me ask the question, why? With respect, I can't phantom the reason why a major tenet of Protestantism is deemed "off-limits". Is it somehow unifying just simply not talking about Sola Scriptura? Is it that it can't be supported in Scripture Alone?

You hint at the answer in your question - because it is a major tenent.

All discussion have basic presuppositions. A few on this board is the inerrancy and authority of Scripture, the divinity of Christ, and the Trinity.

While other "denominations" can participate, this is a Baptist board.
