A plea: If, per chance, anyone considers ordering the book, it would be helpful to do it now. Amazon just notified me that they are going to return the inventory as this Christmas book has not sold any copies since last Christmas. Go figure.

 

Just to note that amazon did listen to my appeal and did keep it in stock, at least through the Christmas season.
