It wasn't Babylon Bee. It was politics. (And yes, the OP is false propaganda - Obama's words were cropped and taken out of context).

The Republicans did to Obama what they complain about with the Democrats and Trump. They produced propaganda to spread on social media - or they fell for the propaganda other Republicans made.

This behavior is amazing. You deliberately misrepresented someone and when confronted, instead of doing the right thing you choose to rant about things outside of the OP and blame others for inappropriate behavior. It is consistent with the world but coming from a pastor it is sinful and evil and you should know better. I’m in utter disbelief that you have the audacity to try deflect your own sinful behavior to others who rightfully called you ours. Free speech does not mean we should pretend lies are true just because the lie suits our ideologies.

The epitome of the Left (and perhaps, given this thread, of the Right) is the OP. The idea seems to be that spreading lies about someone ceases to be sinful if you dislike that person.

Bottom line is a Christian (regardless of political camp) has no business spreading lies even if it is against people they dislike. God hates a lie, so why repeat one?
