Pastor John Hagee joins WND as Commentator

What was left out of the Bio. is that John Hagee espouses 2 covenant theology (Gentiles are saved by faith in Christ, Jews are saved by the Law). This explains why he let Benjamin Netanyahu fill his pulpit last year with his podium filled with Jewish rabbis. Hagee is against evangelism of Jews because they are all going to Heaven anyway in his weird 2 covenant theology.

The Question is? Is that what he truly believes or is it false?

Exactly Kiffin, you hit the nail on the head… John Hagee does seem to contradict himself quite a bit…. He preaches that you are saved by grace, but you must keep the Sabbath day holy… He preaches that you shouldn’t be a glutton, then he tells on himself for pigging out, etc, etc…. It is a complete oxymoron to preach that you are saved by grace, but that you are kept by your obedience to the law….

Still, I don’t see anything wrong with preaching that you need to keep yourself clean in this present world…. I just don’t like to see a finger pointed at the camera, when four fingers are pointing back a John Hagee… Let he that is without sin, (or a log in his eye) cast the first stone….

 

What John Hagee fails to tell you is this, that some of those Jews that are gracing his pulpit, they are antichrist.... They don't believe that Jesus is the Messiah....

The Bible tells us plainly what the definition of an antichrist is....

The majority of Jews, in the days that that Jesus walked the earth, were antichrist… Surprise, the majority of Jews in the days of John Hagee, are still antichrist… I’m speaking of those Jews that don’t believe that Jesus is the Christ… Such as Benjamin Netanyahu, with my own ears I have heard him deny his faith in Christ (as the Lord)… If he’s recently repented, I do humbly apologize…. Although, I don’t think he has…. He says that he believes in the God of Abraham…. God says, if you leave out the son, you have left out the father…..

Don’t get me wrong, I like the politics of Benjamin Netanyahu… I think that he ruled the nation of Israel with a high moral standard….I pray that his eyes are open to the true Messiah….

The only way that the nation of Israel will ever be saved is through (and by) the blood of Christ…. Not in the next millenium, but in these last days…. If Christ gives some people an extra thousand years to repent, then he would have to apologize to all those folks who have died without this second opportunity…. God is not a respecter of persons…..

I will promise one thing, and if it doesn’t come true, then I’m a false prophet… One day every knee will bow, and ever tongue will confess that Jesus is Christ… There, I said it! I will not take it back…

The Jewish people are the very ones that Hagee should be preaching too….. They desperately need to be converted from Judaism to Christianity.... The Bible tells us that we should provoke them to jealousy, because of our spiritual freedom in Christ.....

There is no longer, Jew or gentile, but all are expected to come to God through the same door, Christ....

I’m hopeful that God will send a later day revival to Israel…. I believe that the natural branch can be grafted back into the good olive tree…. After all, because of their blindness, the fullness of the gentiles (the wild olive branch) was admitted….

 

Ahhhhh Gluttony. The sin of Gluttony.

Who here doesn’t violate this sin on a regular basis? Eating more than you know you should, tempted by the physical pleasure to satisfy ones carnal nature. I think the question as it pertains to Hagee is this. Is he fat because he is a glutton or was he “born” that way. Was he brought up to eat wrong and eat more than the regular person does his body designed with different set of instructions?

Certainly eating involves a choice but because one is born with a nature to eat more, store more fat, metabolize slower etc. Does that make it a sin? Just because a person is fat and eats more than others does not mean they are gluttons. Thin people can be gluttons as well as fat people.

It is interesting to see that we all will commit this sin throughout the rest of our lives. We know it is a sin, we don’t have to do it, but we will. This means that there is no true turning away from some types of sin. We all will continue to sin and enjoy the act of the sin of gluttony.

You don’t have a real choice in the matter of gluttony. One can argue that you do have a choice, but when none of us will choose to never commit it again, it is really a choice? It is our nature to be gluttons at times and we are saved by the blood of the lamb, not by “not” choosing to follow our sin nature.

Hagee is right in that you are gluttons and he will also be a glutton and that you shouldn’t be gluttons. I see no contradiction in what he is stating. I do see that he is preaching that we must tolerate continuous sin actions in ourselves, our family members, and in each other. It doesn’t make it right, but it is forgiven in those that remain Christ’s children.

 

I don’t know how Benjamin Netanyahu could preach, seeing that he is an antichrist.…

What other possible reason could John Hagee have in letting this man address his congregation? I don’t know….

John Hagee preaches, and that’s enough for me…. You can’t preach that you can be saved under the law and under grace at the same time…. There is no such animal as that…. By grace are you saved through faith, and not of works, It is a gift of God……
