Pastor Chris Tillman from Clover, WI is (as of tonight) a 2 day winner on Jeopardy.
He is pastor of Downtown Mission Church.
On the net I found this statement about Chris:
his Doctorate from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, completing research focused on the role of suffering in John Bunyan’s pastoral theology. His doctoral work explored how adversity shapes the believer’s spiritual life—a theme that resonates throughout his preaching and counseling. This blend of academic insight and pastoral empathy allows him to speak with both authority and authenticity on issues of faith, endurance, and the human experience.

He did win tonight - so he will be back on Mon.
At the beginning of the show, Ken Jennings made a remark to him about Halloween.

I'm wondering if the pastor had previous mention he did not care for Halloween....
Without further comment, I was thinking he was an Evangelical. Looking at their
church doctrine statement - I would say they are pretty straight.
I will forgive them for being reformed!

I look forward to watching. I have always wondered if they choose categories that avoid subjects a participant may be unfairly knowledgeable in. In this case biblical/theological categories would be avoided?

Well, October 31 is the anniversary of the Protestant reformation. Maybe he observes that as a holiday.

I found this:
"The categories of the five shows are fixed in the morning. To keep things fair, contestant names are written on a piece of paper and selected randomly before each game to make sure that categories and questions they get are completely random.

That also means that you have no idea when you’ll get to play the game. Contestants sit in the audience, separate from the other viewers, and watch each taping until their name is picked."
This the link for this info:
