John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Joh 6:44 No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.

God will draw the person. Do I believe that God can acomplish His task however He chooses? Most certainly yes.

I feel we have to take the Bible at its word that theres only one way, and that is Jesus. Muslims believe in *a* creator*. even the demons believe there is a God.

Jam 2:19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe--and tremble!

As for babies, I always think back to when David said...

2Sa 12:22 And he said, "While the child was alive, I fasted and wept; for I said, 'Who can tell whether the Lord will be gracious to me, that the child may live?'
2Sa 12:23 But now he is dead; why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me."

I am of the opinion that babies are unable to make the decision to choose Christ (Because they surely cannot comprehend the sin issue-- and therefore are covered.

I believe the first issue that needs to be determined is, are we going to have the belief that Abraham had when he said, "...Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?" Genesis 18:25 (KJV)

Abraham was stating his position that he knew God would do right. He may not have understood, but he knew that the righteous Judge of all the earth would always do right. Notice that God is the judge of the "whole earth" and not just Israel or America. He is also the judge of the tribes in the deepest corner of Africa or Papua New Guinea.

The Pslamist has a message for the heathen:
Psalm 96:10 Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously. (KJV)

What about the heathen? Tell them, first of all, that God will judge them, and then secondly, that He will judge them righteously.

Now, to answer your question.

I believe the Bible teaches that all men everywhere have been given the light of the gsoepl by God.
John 1:9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. (KJV)

The true Light is obviously the Lord Jesus Christ. This Light has given a measure of light to "every man that cometh into the world."

Every man may not have a King James Bible , every man may not have a fundamental church in his village, every man may never hear a preacher preach, but every man has been given light by God.

Paul explains this light to us in Romans 1:
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

What is the truth that all men hold?
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. (KJV)

It is my belief that every baby born on this planet is born with a god-given understanding of his Maker. All men know:
1. There is a God.
2. I am accountable to God.
3. I must give up my sin and submit to the will of God.
