pastoral qualifications 1

I am guessing (and perhaps hoping) that this is the right place for this. I am somewhat new here, and I am not trying to be devisive just thinking out loud a bit.

For far to long I have pondered the qualifications of a bishop given in I Timothy 3 and Titus 1. I have a number of questions and thoughts. I am hoping to exhaust 1 before hitting another. Not sure weather I should start a new thread for each or what but the first question is this. These qualities/qualifications are listed for a Bishop, some relate these just to a "senior pastor" and others to all preachers
what are your thoughts and why?
