    An American Foreign Legon would solve several problems. All those healthy Mexican people who want to become American . . . let them serve seven years in exchange for citizenship. They would have a higher take home pay than if they were cutting chickens for Tyson. It would keep our kids from getting killed and eliminate the need for a draft.

    Like EG says, they are doing it anyway - this is just the official notice to the public about a practice which has already been going on.
