    OK. Well, it seems that the church website has fallen through, partly due to the powers that be, partly due to the fact that i no longer go to that particular church. So, my new project is my own personal website.

    The problem? I have no idea what to put on it!

    I am a licensed minister, looking to become a pastor, so i know that I need something about that. I am a husband, a father, a provider. I love computers, and I love to read. I am nuts about the word of God. I cannot abide false doctrines or false teachings.

    I know several websites that I would love to link to, and possibly vica-versa.

    So, anyone have any ideas to get me jumpstarted? Especially links to your own sites?

    Please link to my site! It's written for both Christians and non-Christians about the areas I was once involved in for years and years -- the New Age and the occult. I have info there on a lot of topics -- some are topics that are hard to find info on from a Christian perspective.

    For the past hour or so, I have been viewing y'all's websites. They truly were a pleasure. Paul of Eugene's site revealed Paul Bunyan & Babe the blue ox, & the drive-thru tree, which I visited in the '50's...thanks for the memories. broEdEd...great pics! Marcia, will check out the rest of your links, later; interesting stuff!

    Not sure where your intending to have your website hosted, but many hosting options use very nice CSM (content management systems). These allow you to appear way ahead of your learning curve ;)

    I have a site where I will be making PalmOS software available as giftware. Problem is I am not getting the finishing touches on the programs so the site is still "under construction", but I think you'll see what I mean about providing an image that is beyond my webabilities. I also have a new blog site that I have been tweaking and enjoying. Please check them out and let me know what you think.

    If you are looking to have a website that is not only hosted and easily built, but will also draw traffic without you having to be a computer technician, or having to download all kinds of software, etc., I have found only one place, and that is:

    I don't have a website through them yet but I have researched them alot and plan on signing up with them very shortly.

    I know of a guy that has excellent web hosting...

    I know this guy, he's a good ol' fellow... He's got good prices too... he even does design...

    and what does my webpage look like? Well...
    Click here... It's optimized for a broadband connection, has music and all sorts of neat stuff...

    I was just looking over my two previous posts and thought that they might seem to contradict each other. One of the things my new site at http://sitesell.hastheanswer.com will do is direct traffic to the website I already have at http://www.bunyanfamilybooks.com. This way I can have a webstore that sells over 150,000 Christian products, without handling any inventory myself, while at the same time getting some real traffic to that webstore.
