Pillar of Truth?

1 Timothy 3:15
15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

You took the verse right out of my mouth, so to speak :thumbs:
But, we all know, the source of truth is "God's word" (Jn 17:17) and the source of God's word is God (II Tim 3:16-17).
So, in a sense, God is the ultimate source of truth, having revealed the truth in His word. God requires His church, the pillar and ground of truth, to worship in truth (Jn 4:24).
