Good morning all.

Triple posting? It starts out with every desire, but it is so cold it doesn't happen. I think Watertown, NY is sending this cold again. We are normally quite balmy.

Cheers,

Jim

Jim,

I've been to Watertown in the winter, and I've been to Watertown in the summer - the only difference - the snow was only 6" deep in the summer while it was 3' deep in the winter.

Dan - how far north of Watertown are you anyway?

Wonder how many states have a "Watertown"? I lived in Watertown, WisCONsin.

We got all the cold and snow from Minnesota when the winds blew from the west, and the smell of barley and hops a-brewin' if it blew from Milwaukee on the east.

Biked up the South Platte in Waterton Canyon, Colorado
Waterton, South Dakota

And Waterton in Yorkshire, England, UK

They say you're supposed to learn something new every day - well Waterton is my new thing for today - I think I'll just go to bed and go to sleep - so I won't have the chance to learn something else new today - and cause my head to explode!!!!

I learned a new spelling of a word I thought I was spell the right way all these years.

The word is KNOW. We rec'd a memo today from an administrative secretary. She wrote, "The technicians noe the procedure. The technician in question noes the procedure."

Now that I noes how to spell noes, I noe I will be spelling it right from now on.

You noes what I mean?

So Nick went to Pre-K for a few months before I decided to home school him. The principal sent home directions to the school where the kids were going to have a Christmas program. One sentence had 14 commas and included the command to turn right at the 'chane length fence'.

Boy Howdy, anybody up working at the Pit Stop this Friday a.m.?

With the chill in the air today, I'm thinking of checking the antifreeze level in the Mercury today!
