Please explain this passage in 1 Corinthians 15

1Cor 15 states that the first fruits from the dead - is Christ (who was raised on the feast of First Fruits -- as Christ was also crucified when the Passover lamb was to be slain -- and as Pentecost happened on the day of Pentecost in that same year. -- the spring feasts are all predictive of events regarding the first coming of Christ).
The work of Christ as High Priest (Heb 8 thru 10), the role of Christ on earth (the Gospels), and the role of Christ as judge (all judgment has been turned over to the Son) is to resolve all the outstanding questions regarding the Kingdom of God among men and the accusations of the "accuser of the brethren" Rev 12.
Once that is resolved (as Daniel 7 points out) the kingdom is handed over to Christ and the saints.

It seems to indicate that Christ is currently ruling and will continue to do so until all are subject to him. Though it is clear that the Church(es) are currently under the dominion of Christ ; is it then their job to work to work at dominating the world under Christ authority?

The only "take over the world" message we see is "this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world and THEN shall the END come" Matt 24.
"Go into all the world and make disciples.. teaching them all things that I have commanded you... baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit" Matt 28.
In Daniel 7 - we are told that the saints will suffer persecution until after the rise of the 4 empire (Rome) and after it divides into ten kingdoms (ten horns) and after three of those ten are overthrown -- and then continued as a persecuted suffering church for 1260 years of the dark ages, -- and then only after that the judgment of Daniel 7 concludes at some point with "judgment passed in favor of the saints" at which point the persecution of saints ends, the kingdom is received by Christ and the saints inherit that kingdom.
Daniel 7 pretty much spells it all out.

In my eschatology Daniel's prophesy ends in 70 AD. That is not to say elements cannot occur again (because history often repeats itself) but the jist is the end of Judaism and the begining of the Kingdom of God.
