Yes, we will be praying for your daughter and family.

Lord, You have promised that You will supplyALL our needs. So we pray for Gwyneth's daughter and family that you will supply the need for them so they won't lose their home and business. Lord, Please give her daughter the strength to care of her four children. We pray in agreement that their needs will be met in three weeks.
Thank you, Jesus, for hearing and answers our prayers. In Jesus' Name we pray.

Praying God will supply all of their needs. What seems impossible for man is anything but with God.

On a side note, is your daughter in the UK also...and what are the foreclosure laws there? I know here in Ohio, it can take almost 2 years before you are forced from your home.

If someone puts up their home as collateral on a business loan (which sounds like might be the case here) it would probably be much quicker than that if they default on the loan.

Gwyneth, I will keep you daughter and family in my prayers. As hopeless as it might now appear, they might have better results if they went to the bank, and explained why they have lost money(theft). If they could convince the bank that the business would have been profitable without the theft, and assure them they now have control of that situation, the bank possibly would give them more time. They would have to convince the bank that going forward, they could pay off their debts. It might be a long shot, but what they need to do now is be proactive and not let the fear paralyze them from reacting to the situation, and working themselves out of it. I don't know what type of business it is, but here are a few quick thoughts. If they have any inventory, they need to price it accordingly to turn it into cash ASAP. If they have much in accounts receivable, they need to get on the phone, and get it collected ASAP, even if that includes giving a small discount for immediate payment. If they have vendors or suppliers they order from, they need to talk with them, and be open and honest about the situation, but also have a specific (and I mean very specific) plan for paying them off in order to keep merchandise coming into the business. They probably would have to pay COD for any future shipment until they right the ship, but that is why they need to generate as much immediate cash as possible. Also if the buy from many suppliers, they should pick just one or two key vendors to do this with, because they couldn't possibly do this with a large number of vendors.

Keep in mind even though it looks hopeless now, with God's help, hard work, keeping a clear head, and going forward with a realistic specific plan they could possibly save their business. I took over a business once many years ago at a friends request, because he was in a similar situation. The business had overdrawn accounts, they had a drawer full of checks that they had written but not mailed because they couldn't pay the bills. They had maxed out their line of credit. They had three vehicle loans, two large notes to suppliers where they had consolidated past large purchases they had yet to pay, and a much two large business loan. Not to mention they owed for back workers comp funding and were behind on unemployment funding. It took about two years of very hard work to turn it around and to pull out of what looked like a hopeless situation, to turning a profit.
