don't take it too personally that 70 folk have read the post announcing your addition to the "BORED"and not one has welcomed you.
Probably only 3 or 4 of those who regularly post on here were the ones to read it. Those three or four may think I've created yet another account because I'm so villainous bahhahabahahbah
They'll welcome you soon enough one way or the other. I've suggested they take this area down as it seems to serve no good purpose.
Just jump in some where and start swinging Uh, I mean swimming. It seems that many here are "clannish" you may fit in well, then again they may just wait until you post something they see differently and then eat you bone and all. But, Hey, there are worse things. They can just "ignore" you all together.

So T Alan, you got any idee why starviola and jcampbell26 have only one post each on your original OP in the Welcome Forum? Why, we'd all like to meet them on a more personal basis than through a proxy like you. Why don't you coax them to come on out into the daylight and talk to us up front instead of hiding behind you? No need for either to be bashful.
