TAMPA - The arrest of a man who offered to pay a mother to have sex with her children has prompted Tampa Police Department to warn parents of the dangers their children face.

The case broke new ground for Tampa police, who often caution parents about monitoring children’s Internet use on home computers but were unaware of the ability to enter chat rooms from cell phones.
