I have to say I would never have allowed that if it were me. Not for all the search warrants in the world. I would have spared no energy defending myself.

What was that talking point Bush supporters were fond of repeating when they were defending the patriot acts, warrant less searches and NSA spying?

"If you've got nothing to hide you've got nothing to fear."

Still believe that holds true?

Never said that.

I hope he wins the lawsuit, and that those involved lose their jobs. We do not need them in positions of power and authority.

Sounds like he found himself in some prison somewhere in Iran or some other state that treats her citizens with no respect and no due process.

There are just not enough police officers to force me to do that under any circumstances. Ever.

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

You don't want to disobey God do you?

Now hold still!

Former Trooper Indicted in Roadside Cavity Search

No narcotics, contraband found during searches

http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/Former-Trooper-Indicted-in-Roadside-Cavity-Search-199952391.html

The officer conducted "cavity searches" on both women without changing latex gloves.

2 (other) women share new details on body cavity search on side of Highway 288

Authorities suspected they were hiding drugs.

Nothing was found on the women, and they claim gloves weren't changed between searches.

Cops Now Enforcing Anal Probing On Americans Routinely

This second case indicates that police are conducting this procedure as a matter of routine when a drug sniffing dog reacts to anyone they stop.

Indeed, we have covered several disturbing stories of innocent people being forced to undergo cavity searches at the hands of police who have no authority, flagrantly violating the Constitutional rights of Americans.

David W. Eckert, the New Mexico man at the center of the Deming Police Department’s anal probing controversy, has a history of drug-related arrests, according to court documents viewed by TheBlaze. And while the police have not returned any of TheBlaze’s messages seeking comment, further investigation of other documents related to Eckert’s arrest reveals a significant claim by the authorities: he’s accused of hiding drugs in his anal cavity before.

As TheBlaze previously reported, Eckert was subjected to involuntary X-rays, multiple anal exams, enema procedures and a ultimately a colonoscopy. He has filed a federal lawsuit against multiple parties, including officers Bobby Orosco and Robert Chavez who the lawsuit says were involved in the stop.

According to the affidavit for the search warrant, police were told that Eckert was “known to insert drugs into his anal cavity and had been caught in Hidalgo County with drugs in his anal cavity.”

They could have put him in a secure place and waited him out. At least that would have been cheaper.

Anyways, thanx for posting the update. That does shed new light on the subject.
