Pope Francis no longer teaches the truth

He says we all all worship the same God--meaning everyone on earth. That's impossible. All religions do not teach Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father, along with many other differences.

The pope is not even a Catholic, according to old Catholic beliefs, which are bad enough without claiming all "gods" are the same one God.

The RCC condemned the Gospel of God (sola Fide) to hell at the Council of Trent, and then doubled down at Vatican II

When did they ever teach the Gospel?

EWF, you and I have often disagreed on the BB but I have grown to respect your opinions and look forward to your posts. I'm no expert on the Christian Faith, but after growing up as a Baptist, I studied and prayed for years before being welcomed into The Catholic Church. The history of the Catholic Church and it's connection to the Apostles and our Lord Jesus was so appealing to me...I felt like I was finally spiritually home . I realized that there were imperfect people in the Church, of which I was definitely one, but the Church as a whole was such a holy place, a refuge where all of us sinners could find the love and blessings of God. I felt so connected to the Lord especially during prayer and The Eucharist. I've seen a lot of things lately that really concern me about the Church, but I believe scripture when it says: 'The gates of hell will not prevail against the Church'. The current Pope seems off track, but Jesus is still in control, so I can only pray His will be done.

That’s the sort of praying Walter that God requires of us all. My own journey to being God centered has brought me to many places that advertise Christianity only to learn later that they are somehow misleading. As of late though I believe I’ve found a home with the Primitive Baptist movement that I believe is a real representation of Christs church on earth.

And I’m sincerely glad you have found a home in the RCC that gives you a sense of peace. I’m aware your wife has had some health issues as of late so you’re both in my thoughts & prayers. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a joyous Christmas.

Thank you so much for your prayers and kind words. Her battle with cancer continues but she trust in the Lord. You have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas as well.
