The repairs to our house from the fire in Feb. will be complete in 1 more week and we can move back in!!!!!!!!

Now I have to get furniture and appliances delivered, so we can get out of the apartment and back home.

The house looks beautiful, and we got everything we wanted done except we ran out of money for a new roof. The roof was not damaged in the fire, but will need to be replaced in the next few years. Since all other electrical, plumbing, and mechanical items were completely replaced I guess I can't complain.

Yes Gina you will get pictures.

Countertops and island in the kitchen were installed on Friday. Then final clear coat finish on the hardwood floors was done also done on Friday. No one can walk on the floors over the weekend then on Tuesday the carpet is being laid in the basement, and the final plumbing fixtures are being installed. Then it's just minor stuff like closet rods,etc.

The few things that made it through the fire will be delivered on Tuesday at 9 am, then we start moving in. I hope by the end of next week we can all be in, State Farm will only pay our rental on the apartment furniture through next Friday, but we have until 11/23 to be out of the apartment itself. Depending upon delivery of our new furniture I may have to pay rent a center a weeks rental on the the stuff at the apt.

I will take pics of it empty and then of it as we get our new furnishings.
