pray for my 82-year Christian mom

    My mother has not felt well for sometime. She is a cancer survivor of colon cancer.
    She has an appointed to have a MRI and another colonoscopy.
    Thanking you all in advance for your prayers in my mom's behalf.

    Thanks for your prayers, SaggyWoman. My mother is feeling better today.
    She is waiting to hear from her doctor to set up a time to have the MRI and
    have another doctor's appointment. Her doctor told my sister that she is very con-
    cern with my mother's condition.

    jilphn1022, I will surely pray for your mom.
    As a matter of fact, my elderly mother is also battling a deadly cancer. And so may the Lord give good outcomes for both of them.

    "And even to your old age I am he; and even to gray hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear; I will carry, and will save".

    I want to thank you for your prayers and I will be praying for your dear mother too. Is your mom a Christian too?

    I have said a quick prayer...I pray that she will know God's peace and be as physically comfortable and emotionally content as possible, whatever happens in the coming weeks and months.

    up-date on my mom

    My mother has three appointments to see doctors.
    Today, Monday Dec.8,2008 she has her first appointment.
    Thanks for your prayers and would appreciate your
    prayers to include wisdom to the doctors who will
    diagnose her condition correctly. Thanks.

    update on my mother

    She has had a battery of test and will soon see her doctor to see what was found and how to adjust her medications

    Sorry for the delay, I was away from a computer for almost 3 weeks.

    Sure will jilphn1022, every day.

    My mother is continuing chemotherapy, and thanks to our Lord is not experiencing cancer symptoms, pain etc. I am grateful for that.

    NiteShift= Thanks for your prayers and my mom wants me to thank you too for your prayers. My mother has had several tests and has seen several doctors
    and she told me tonight that her dizziness has gone. She was not given any treatment for it we are calling it a miracle and credit yours and others prayers for her!!

    This coming Wednesday she will have a colonoscopy to make sure that she is still
    clean of cancer.

    We will be praying for your mother too. So glad to hear that you mother is not
    suffering any cancer symptoms while she is on chemotheraphy .

    She has no more shoulder pain.
    Her appetite has returned.
    She is feeling much better!!
