The NAE is accepting nominations and applications for Anderson’s successor at NAE.net/presidentsearch
Any suggestions?

some guidance from the 'NAE President Profile' they posted:

"She or he will have graduate degree(s) in theology, religion, ministry or another field related to the position. The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of fruitful executive leadership experience, including experience with nonprofit or ministry fundraising and engagement with the press and media."

"The president will work diligently to network and connect the many diverse pieces of evangelicalism and ensure that the NAE reflects the theological, ethnic, gender and generational diversity of the evangelical community. He or she must have an understanding of and respect for the spectrum of evangelical theology and practice, and the ability to listen to differing opinions, create compromise and build consensus."

"She or he will play an important role in setting the tone of the evangelical community....The president will be a skilled communicator in writing and in speech and will be required to frequently write and speak on behalf of the NAE. He or she must be comfortable with regular, high level engagement with press and media, and interaction with executive leaders from non-profits, government, politics and other religious groups."
