Yes, I have discovered that. I have found myself double posting when I have mistakenly thought that my post hasn't gone through, so I have re-posted, and ended up having to delete one of the two messages, because it was merely the slowness of the site.

The double posting has always been a possibility. Even before the.upgrade. It is easy not to double post.
Click on "Post Reply" once, and go.

It also helps to hit refresh after it quits buffering.
