Yeah . . . I'm talking about vaccines. You aren't.
I agree there are vaccines that use cell lines (not aborted fetuses, but cell lines that came from a fetuses aborted 50 years ago). These include the rabies vaccines and the Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) vaccines (the Rubella component).
But you may be missing the mark on this one as the link deals with covid vaccines.
I am talking about the 2 covid mRNA covid vaccines used in the US (the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines). Neither of these vaccines are gene therapy and neither used aborted fetuses (or even cell lines) in production.
The proponents of the MRNA vax were the first to call it "gene therapy" because "the technology is so much more than a simple vaccine".

You hit is right...the "evidence" posted on "this board".
Some proponents, maybe. But they were wrong (of course). If pro-vax people called a dog's tail a leg, that wouldn't make your conclusion a dog has 5 legs correct.
I think by now we all understand mRNA vaccines are not gene therapies. MRNA does not even enter the cells' nucleus.
The mRNA vaccine is actually a very simple vaccice (probably simpler than traditional vaccines).

What part is overly complicated to you? (Keeping in mind you were under the confusion mRNA vaccines utilized aborted fetuses I suppose it would be complicated to you)

What's a simpler process? introducing weakened or dead pathogens as an antigen? Or programming one's own cells to be become the antigen-maker?

Simpler because making the actual mRNA is simple. The hard part was delivery.
I'd say they are safe in comparison to the virus. I have a 1% chance of dying from covid. I have a .00015% chance of having a serious side effect from a covid vaccine.
assuming you're basically healthy and less than 75 ... you have a FARRRRR better chance of surviving covid19 than 99%.
The jab ... well ... the jury remains out primarily because the data is less than conclusive so as to keep it clouded. I recognize that goes all conspiracy theory ... but may I remind readers ...
in May '20, it was kook conspiracy theory the origin of the SARSCov2 virus was the wuhan virology lab ... there was no other possible origin than the wet market down the street.
And I'll be dipped ... what do we know today, and have known generally for at least 6 months? ... (btw, our military intel folks knew no later than April '20 this very fact.)
The vaccination carries a .00015% chance of serious side-effects. This is a fact. That said, we do not know the long-term effects of covid or long term effects involving vaccines. There could be some. There may be no long term effects.
The polio vaccine is very comparable with the covid vaccines in terms of effectiveness. It carries a much higher risk of serious side effects. You can get three polio shots and still get polio.

the lot number breakout finds a different set of facts for 5% of the lots ... THOUSANDS of bad juju expereinces. FAR FAR FAR so far I can't even count the logarithmic increase in adverse effects over previous injected drugs which were pulled before the cv jab rates.

For me it's a passtime. I'd rather talk about theology and fishing, but nobody close by that fishes and nothing interesting (to me) on the theology side of the house.
