Pronouns Dividing Brethren

Yes, the resolution of pronouns divide brethren.
I'd like to discuss how pronouns in the Bible
are resolved and how that divides the brethren.

The 2ed "they" in Psalms 12:7

Psalm 12:5-8 (KJV1611):
For the oppression of the poore, for the sighing of the needy,
now will I arise (saith the Lord,)
I will set him in safetie from him that puffeth at him.
6 The wordes of the Lord are pure wordes:
as siluer tried in a fornace of earth purified seuen times.
7 Thou shalt keepe them, (O Lord,)
thou shalt preserue them,
from this generation for euer.
8 The wicked walke on euery side,
when the vilest men are exalted.

1. The second "them" refers to nouns in verse 5

As for the second "them" context shows that these "them"
have a generation. Do the "words" in verse six, the purified words
of the Lord -- do words have a generation? I don't think so.
The second "them" must refer to some of the people in verse 5.

This belief allows one to have a more rational view that
it is not the exact letters of what God said that are preserved
but the message that those letters send to us.

2. The second "them" refers to "the words of the Lord"

This belief allows one to claim that the very letters of God
are pure and preserved for all generation -- that the meaning in
them can be safely ignored, it is the letter that saves.

3. A margine note by the translators in the KJV1611 for the
second "them" says: Heb. him, euery one of them.
This note says that there is a variance in the Hebrew sources
for this verse - at least one manuscript saying "him" here
and another manuscript saying "they". There is no way that
"him" can be resolved to "words" -- "him" must be resolved
to the people mentioned in verse 5.

that shall come" (some say the Antichrist) determines one's
eschatlogy (doctrine of Last Things).
