You can not have a legal trial if the Chief SCOTUS justice is not presiding over it and he has refused to do that.
And a legal trial is only for sitting POTUS, not those who are out of the office.
These things are clearly written down in the US constitution.

I dont know why they cant read, but what they are doing is unconstitutional, and they are blinded by hatred.

Biden is a liar. The pipe-fitters endorsed Biden and then he threw them out of work by shutting down the pipeline. He put New Mexico in the unemployment line by shutting down fracking. And he helped big pharma like Lilly Pharmaceuticals here in Indianapolis by rolling back a Trump initiative to lower insulin prices. I have to laugh at the Democrats who voted for Biden. He more or less abolished female sports by saying that any male could compete against females by saying that he was a girl. No girl can compete against a male in the long run. Biden has a problem. It seems like a personal problem.

The point is that the Dems need an impeachment trial to detract from Biden’s double crosses.
