Pure evil

Let me preface this post by saying that I changed from a conservative to a moderate-liberal after I got grown and stayed that way for 25 years. However, I then saw what liberal policies had done, and I became a staunch conservative. At first, I didn't support Trump in the 2016 Republican primaries. But I became a strong Trump supporter and have remained so. I love the guy. I think he is a heroic figure.
The current Democrat party and legacy media are pure evil. They are incapable of honesty because they are of their father, Satan. I despise them with a passion. I pray for their salvation, but if they refuse, may they all be justly recompensed early. That's not how I wanted to say it but didn't want to risk being banned. I passionately hate evil.

I knew I liked you, I just didn't know why until now!

I have a problem with both parties. I agree the DNC is evil and represents the sins of Romans 1. I mean, those sins are their platform.

But I am wary of the GOP as well (for different reasons). They seem to be wolves in sheep's clothing while the DNC are wolves and proud of it.

I watch what was almost worship of Charlie Kirk (don't get me wrong, I liked Kirk). But they were saying stuff like "Charlie lives inside me", "Go to church for Charlie".

On Fox They said the world had seen no greater love since Jesus than Charlie's wife forgiving his murderer.

I remember that Amish family, when the guy killed their children at a school, bringing food to thd killers wife and comforting her. They saw both the killer and his family as victims of evil.

I've sat here for over an hour thinking of how to respond to this.

I typed up a post, not posting things I have before, but explaining WHY he is no hero to me and just erased it.

I'll just leave it that I pray for him and his family to be saved. You and I are on polar opposite sides of the playing field. And that's OK. You have your right to believe what you want to believe.

The whole thing just makes me a wreck. I have no one at church, no friends, and ESPECIALLY no people on Facebook, the BB, or the other site I am on that even understands. I feel like a freak most of the time when it comes to Donald Trump and everyone else's adoration of him.

I think there are a lot of folks like you. And like you they are not willing to articulate any specific reason for their views but simply trigger and go ballistic if challenged. I have some close relatives who do just that. I view Trump as buffoonish, and I know his followers will not work with or support anyone other than a pure Trumpite and thus the movement will die in 1 year at the mid terms or at most 3 years at the general election.
But, while I'm not a Trumpite, I at least admit that the Democrats had us on a path of sure destruction with no borders, a two tiered system of justice that favors a chosen race, a complete not only acquiescence, but demanded support of all types of perversion, and a total lack of regard for human life at the beginning and also at the end. So I supported him for those reasons and others as well. He is deeply flawed, possibly unstable, and certainly ego driven, but we had no choice. People do have a right to expect you to articulate your objections and if you won't or can't then don't expect them to respect your opinion.

I am of the persuasion the notion of "pure evil" is a failure to understand the fall and the "problem of evil."

You misread my first sentence.

I said I wasn't posting things I have already posted. You must not read me much. I have posted MULTIPLE things about Trump for years here - specific, gross, and in detail.

The last time I did was in October or November of 2024. Very specific things. The reception I got from people here I admire caused me to rethink my job as Moderator. I stepped down and left for a while. I'm still not Moderating .

It's unfortunate that you've never read any of my posts concerning Donald Trump. I'm not quiet about the things he says and does. I am not a Democrat. I am an Independent.

I voted for him three times if that makes people feel better.

I'll not speak of him again.

See. There ya go. All you need is a Make America Great Again hat. The first time he ran I could not get myself to vote for him. So you have me beat. If someone jumps on you for critiquing him then give them "what for". Don't put up with their garbage. Good grief, you don't need to read Huffington Post to find arguments against Trump, just read the Wall Street Journal. We're probably going to loose the mid-terms and then Trump will sit around and tweet for another 2 years and then retire. Hopefully some of the guys in the administration will step up and keep some sanity in the party.

I'll add this: He's the only one who has had the guts to stand up to the DemonRats and the legacy media. I wish the rest of the Republican party would grow a spine.
I don't really consider myself a Republican either because that party, in my opinion, is still riddled with globalists, which I am decidedly not.
