I have a question to all "TR-Only"s (people who believe that the Textus Receptus is God´s perfect word):

What do you think about the King James 2000 Bible(not Millennium Bible!)? Information can be found here
    King James 2000 Bible
It has archaic words updated, no thees and thous and modern sentence structure. Everything else is the same (not like the NKJV).
What do you think about it???

    Be blessed.

    Alex

Thank you anyway I will keep my KJV and you can have your KJV 2000. Why doesn't everyone just leave the KJV alone?... Brother Glen

The KJV that everyone uses is, of course, a vastly different/revised document. So why would this process NOT continue in more modern revisions like the KJV2000? This would make sense and be consistent.

Unless one believes that the present revision of the KJV one uses is supposedly the ONLY one (perfect, finally got it right, etc). Then that becomes a matter of doctrine and that is another thread.

I agree, Jude. Another English translation will be used by the Spirit to bring the light of the Gospel to a person who just "might not get it" through any of the myriad of other translations.

God is SO good to us, giving us such a wealth and variety of expression/translation in English.

[I am aware that Jude was actually bemoaning the fact, but I genuinely see it as a plus]
