This link is for Ralph Nader for President

Go to the bottom of the page of the link.

It says:
According to press reports, Rush Limbaugh will be making $38 million a year. For eight years. Rush is making this money by being a radio talk show host. On public property. That would be - the public airwaves.
Owned by the American people. For which Rush - and his affiliated companies - pay no rent. Rush Limbaugh is on welfare.

First, a radio station must pay an expensive filing fee to obtain a license - which is never guarenteed to be renewed. Second, the liberal NPR pays very little or no filing fee, since they are "non-profit)

Sure Rush makes $38 Million, but iminange how much he pays in taxes - which in part goes to pay for the liberal NPR and PBS!

PS, I guess Katie Curic doesent count since she only makes 15 million a year.

Nader is completely irrelevant.

Not if it is a close election. Suppose he ( and / or the Green Party candidate) took enought votes away from obama in one State or Commonwealth and that made the difference in the Electoral College.

The election is probably a done deal.

Ok, if its a done deal, who wins, by how many % points ( within 5), and approximately what do you predict the electoral vote to be (say within 50 votes)

Both Nader and Limbaugh have ego issues. Limbaugh's just better at making a profit of them.

.........but not a thrice-divorced, drug-addicted, draft-dodging hedonist, and an all-around bad guy, is he?

Just who are you referring to?

So what do you normally do with drug addicts you meet? Are you hateful to them?

What do you do with other people who have divorce in their background? Are you hateful to them?

Does your hate for certain politics drive you to this condemnation or do you treat all people with similar backgrounds in this manner?

What evidence do you have that, who ever you are referring to, has a hedonist mentality, specifically?

What exactly makes him an all around bad guy?

Could it be you are trying to capitalize on his mistakes, simply because you do not like his politics, in a way that you would not do with other people in order to make an attempt to present him in the worst light possible?

Does bringing up these mistakes, unrelated to this thread, present him in a bad light? Or does it present the one who brings them up in a bad light?

Honestly these questions are more rhetorical than anything else. I have no expectation that you should answer them. Feel free to pass.

I assume you are speaking of Rush -

1. Yes, he is divorced three times, but what does that have to do with the OP

2. Yes, he did have a (legal) drug problem. I do not want to condone what he did, but on the other hand he is not your run of the mill drug for pleasure user. He does have a valid medical condiition - which he is on legal medication. There is a big difference.

3. Where are the facts that he dodge the draft. As a Veteran, I wish he would come out and tell the whole story about his draft number. From my understanding, even though he did not serve he did NOT dodge the draft

Liberal's hate of Limbaugh knows no bounds.

This is intellectual dishonesty on your part once again, carpro. Please show me where I ever used the word "hate" to describe my feelings for Rush Limbaugh. Otherwise, stop bearing false witness.

None other than El Rushbo, Revmitchell.

Way to go: you turned your response into an integrity issue, Revmitchell. Please show me where I have ever used the word "hate." Until you can show where I ever used that word, you are bearing false witness.

What evidence do you have that, who ever you are referring to, has a hedonist mentality, specifically?

You're joking, right?
1. El Rushbo got caught coming back from the Dominican Republic with Viagra that was not his - but his doctors. Exactly why did he need someone else's Viagra?
2. Here's a game for you: start listening at 12:00 EDT, and set a timer to see how long it takes for him to reference sex in some form or fashion. Usually, it doesn't take very long.
3. How about his recent comments about the opposition that invoke homoerotic imagery? [The call was from a lady that was wondering why the GOP wasn't courting the evangelical vote, remember?] Who talks like that?

What exactly makes him an all around bad guy?

All of the above. And let's not forget all of those parody songs that made fun of Ted Kennedy's alcoholism and the whole time he was allegedly doctor shopping.

Could it be you are trying to capitalize on his mistakes, simply because you do not like his politics, in a way that you would not do with other people in order to make an attempt to present him in the worst light possible?

Nope, just pointing out that he is a thrice-divorced, drug-addicted, draft-dodging hedonist (and a chickenhawk). I don't have to do anything: his actions stand on their own.

Honestly these questions are more rhetorical than anything else. I have no expectation that you should answer them. Feel free to pass.

How ironic that you, of all people, would make this statement.
And by the way, I thought you informed the board that you were simply ignoring my posts....
