RD2/BB Author Needs Your Prayers

Brothers and Sisters of the BB,

I covet your prayers as I look forward to my BPH/prostate surgery on Monday the 29th. I need two specific things to go forth:

1) That the docs can successfully get the spinal block to work, as I do not want to be put under. The problem is that my back surgery and fusion poses a potential problem with the needle getting into the spine, but, with God all things are possible. So please pray for this;

2) That my blood pressure be in the normal range. If it is high, they will postpone the surgery, and I don't want to spend a another day with this catheter than I have to. Having a catheter is a form of medical torture, and I would assume if the military made an option to have a catheter for a month, or water boarding, the prisoner would surely choose water boarding:laugh:

Over all, I covet your prayers that the severe bleeding from the bladder, that I had for three straight days while in the hospital be kept to a minimum, and that the bladder return to working as it has for the past 62 years.

I thank you for you prayers, and support, and want you to know how important it is to know that the church is standing behind those who have a medical need...
