Pity that the Blacks (as a whole) can't/won't see this ridiculously obvious ploy to keep them on the plantation!!!:rolleyes:

Justice Clarence Thomas says in his book, My Grandfathers Son, that when he graduated from Yale Law School he couldn’t get a job. He believed it’s was because employers saw him as an affirmative action student. That’s why he opposes AA laws or policies.

His first job out of Yale was in the attorney generals office in Missouri for about $10,000 a year working for Dan Ashcroft.

Ashcroft was so impressed with his work ethic (he routinely arrived by 5am, several hours before anyone else) he looked to open opportunities for him in Washington when he became a Senator. First in the civil rights Devision, then as a lower court judge and ultimately to the SC.
