California's New Red Flag Law Is So Extreme, Even the ACLU Is Ringing the Alarm

Even though Cali already had a red flag law in place, Newsom just signed this one that gov. moonbeam vetoed twice for going too far. When a leftist raises the ire of the aclu.....just how far left have they gone?

Many Californians are living like Cubans--no electricity--so I would say it is communism since Cuba is communist.

It's a blatant violation of the 2nd, 5th, and 14th Amendments.

Someone, somewhere, at some point (with standing) will file a lawsuit against these "Red Flag" laws and they will go down in flames as they are blatantly un-constitutional.
