If one is looking for rigorous study, and from a Reformed Baptist perspective, this is a great place to look - along with their sister institution, Midwest Center for Theological Studies. Although neither are accredited, they are looked upon favorably by many in the academy. Their graduates have also been accepted in some of the SA doctoral programs.
You cannot beat the tuition either! If not entering academia, this is excellent preparation for ministry - strong academics tethered to ministry within a local church.....imagine that!

The faculty doesn't seem to be very strong outside of a few. It it really an academic rigor???
Do they have a main campus or completely DE?
What is the DE like?
Most of your questions can be answered by a quick look at their website. They do DE and intensives....their intent is for seminarians to be involved in a local church with oversight from a pastor.
My statements about rigor come from others who have attended Mid-America in Memphis and NOBTS. They're comment to me was, "the level of difficulty and expectation of the student performance far exceeds the levels expected by MABTS and NOBTS". To paraphrase he said the rigor of MABTS and NOBTS was a joke (he had attended both for MDiv level courses) and RBS and MCTS was waaaay more difficult.
Disclaimer: I obviously wouldn't recommend them if someone desires to one day teach in the academy, but for more rigorous pastoral training and teaching pastors life long skills for ministry....one could do worse.
