Relationship or religion?

Gods real children have no religion ! We can go and be a part of any religion that preaches the Cross and My LORD JESUS CHRIST! But we only belong to our LORD JESUS CHRIST forever more !
religions want to control people ! The LORD JESUS CHRIST does not ! He wants us to grow in truth and power !We all start off as babies and He dire for us to walk in HIS love and faith ! Listen we have the POWER HE revealed as He walked the Earth !

Eph_4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: It not about US ! It about HIM and what HE did for us ! Joh_14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. I do not believe I ever did greater works ? but I have done the things He said I would ! I have been used to raise the dead three times . cast our satan and other devils ! Heal the sick lots of timers ! But have prayed for some and never saw them healed ! LOTS more different miracles ! But none 100 % of the time ! I am no more than any in our LORD JESUS! Just that He has used me some ! It our New Spirit that has eternal life and the power of GOD within it ! I am just a sinner outwardly in my weak flesh ! My flesh wants to sin ! My Spirit wants to please my LORD JESUS 100% of the time ! So I am in a battle daily !
Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
Gal 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.1Co_15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. The spiritual body is the one that is in HIM ! God is a Spirit being and father of spirit beings !Heb_12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? We control the flesh though our inward man ! We cannot ever make the flesh perfect ! It dies a sinner ! We never die ! We just go Home and receive our New Body that is like our LORD JESUS CHRISTS body !

I'm not quite sure of the point you're trying to make, but I offer a few Scriptures:
Matthew 16:18. "I will build My church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it."
Acts 14:23. 'So when they had appointed elders in every church.........' (cf. Titus 1:5-7).
Hebrews 10:25. 'Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some.......'
Hebrews 13:17. 'Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account.'

While we are individually adopted as children of God, we are told to not neglect meeting together (Hebrews 10:24-25).
How do we determine if we are meeting with other adopted children or with wolves, posing as sheep? What is one of the first means of sifting? For me, it is reviewing a churches doctrinal stance. A church that denies the deity of Yeshua, Jesus, is a big red flag that I won't be fellowshipping with adopted sisters and brothers.

There is nothing wrong with religion or being religious. What is the Christian religion all about? It is believing that Jesus Christ is the Master, the Savior, God Incarnated and we are to pattern ourselves after him. If this is done within the context of a religious organization where one finds instruction and worships with fellow believers, I see no problem with the context of the word "religion"..

Wrong, Christianity is a Religion, "Preaching the Cross and my Lord Jesus Christ" is RELIGION. If you look throughout Church history you will find them use the word "Religion". Someone, somewhere as it always happens came up with this false idea that "Religion is man finding God, Christianity is God finding man", FALSE, yes Christianity is God finding man, but we belong to a RELIGION.

"spiritual but not religious" Sometimes they come in differ flavors, guy who hates organized religion and thinks he is notch wiser above everyone else. But those deep mystics will call all religions gift from God.
