Well I guess I'm due for reparation for the way my own country treated me after I got back from Vietnam... We were outcast and it has taken us along time to get what we deserved... The end of WWII, there were many parades and celebrations and they rolled out the red carpet for my Dad who served in the Marines... For me nothing!... The only recognition I got was I was a baby killer... Try and live that down... Reparation?... I know History... Tribes sold their own!... And we are suppose to pay for that?... Discrimination is not just the color black!... Brother Glen:)

That's part of what discussed me about Jan 6.

It was the protestors. That is free speech.

It was the disrespect many showed our nation by breaking Capitol windows and even sitting in place of the House Speaker.

It brought images to mind the "peaceful" protests when people burned American flags and cursed servicemen.

I am too young to have experienced Vietnam, but just the right age to have been raised in a renewed patriotism because of how heros like you were treated.

We said "never again" only to watch it happen that year.

It seems that the world has lost all touch with history.

Yeah when I was in Vietnam in 1965 I was a little immature, so the company commander sent me to the shrink... The shrink look at me and said... Would you like to go home?... I said sure!... But if I go can I take everyone else with me?... That's one way to shock a shrink... He shook his head in surprise and said... There is nothing wrong with this man, send him back to his unit... I took a growth spurt that day... When I returned everyone looked at me differently... Brother Glen:)
